Students from the Social Welfare Residential Degree College (W) Warangal East won the third prize and a cash award of Rs 50,000/- for their innovative theme 'Krimi Harini' that increases the shelf life of food grains. Competition was organised at T-Hub by Youth for Social Impact (YFSI), a collective effort by Telangana State Innovation Cell (TSIC), department of Higher Education of Telangana, UNICEF India, Inqui-Lab Foundation, Y-Hub, and YuWaah. A total of 11,823 students from engineering, degree and polytechnic colleges in the state of Telangana participated in the competition.
